6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Cook in boiling salt water for 5 minutes; then drain. Brown meat and onion until tender; drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat mixture. Spoon into peppers. Place in a baking dish and bake at 375º for about 30 minutes.

You may want to try brushing the peppers with oil before stuffing them. Then place them in a muffin tin to bake. They will hold their shape better.
