3-4 lb. corned beef
2 bay leaves (optional)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic

Sauce:
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T. mustard
1/2 c. + 2 T. ketchup
1 1/2- 2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil corned beef in a pot of water for 3 hours, covered. Drain water. When beef cools somewhat, place in refrigerator overnight wrapped in foil. Slice into thin slices. (can be frozen at this point).
Combine sauce ingredients and warm slices in sauce in a covered 9 x 13 pan or large skillet.
