1 T vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T chili powder
2 t oregano
1 t ground cumin
1 t ground coriander
1/8 t cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 lb ground turkey
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (4 oz) diced green pepper or jalapeno pepper (your heat preference)
1 C low-salt chicken broth
1/2 C salsa (we use Pace)
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn (sweet)
salt, to taste
Garnish - chopped cilantro, crushed tortilla chips

Directions:

Heat oil over medium heat in dutch oven. Add onion and garlic - cook 5 mins until onions are translucent.

Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, and cayenne and cook 1 mins, stirring constantly.

Add ground turkey; break up any large chunks and brown.

Add crushed tomatoes, canned peppers, broth, salsa, and corn. Season with salt, then bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook 20 mins. Taste and adjust seasoning.
