3 cans Anchovy fillets
2+ cups Pasta Water
½ to 1 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 lb Cappelini (thin Spaghetti) cooked al dente
1 whole bulb Garlic mashed
1/3 cup Parsley chopped
1/2 cup Walnuts rough chopped
1 tbsp freshly ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter in saucepan. Add garlic and sizzle gently until golden brown.

Lower heat and stir in anchovy fillets (incl oil from each can) cooking gently for a few minutes. Stir anchovies until they are dissolved in the sauce.

Add half of the walnuts and parsley and remove from heat.

Cook and drain pasta, reserving approximately 2 cups of pasta water to the side. Add pasta water to sauce and pour over pasta.

Add pepper and garnish with remainder of parsley.

Serve remainder of walnuts in a bowl to be added as preferred.
