3 oz. white wine
3 oz.fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 lb.jumbo lump crabmeat
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, add th white wine, lemon juice and garlic
On medium heat, let the sauce reduce by half.
Add salt, black pepper, and heavy cream. Let sauce come to a boil. Add
jumbo lump crabmeat and butter and stir until sauce has thickened.

Pour over cooked fish fillets and serve.
