1 large pkg lime Jello
8 oz cream cheese - softened and creamed
#2 can crushed pineapple (20 oz) - Reserve liquid
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped nuts (I use pecans)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello with 2 c boiling water, dissolve completely, add pineapple juice and enough cold water to equal 1 1/2 c, let mixture get syrupy. Gradually add Jello to cream cheese. Add nuts and celery. Chill until set.
