Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c butter (no substitutes)
1 c sugar
3 T cold water
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
6 broken or shaved Hershey bars
3/4 c ground nuts (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 12 x 8 jelly roll pan by spreading 1/2 the Hershey shavings.

Using a wooden spoon and stirring constantly, boil butter, sugar and water to a caramel color or until stringy. If vanilla is desired add just after you remove mixture from the heat. Because this mixture cools very fast, quickly drizzle over in the prepared pan getting well into the corners. Cover with the remaining shavings and nuts. Using a spoon, press down over the top to get the chocolate even melted. Immediately score into squares while still warm.
