1 box of elbow macaroni
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
salt to taste
10 cups of milk
6 cups of cheddar cheese (save 1 cup to spread on top)
2 cups of mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350. Cook pasta adding salt. In large saucepan melt butter (medium heat) add flour, making a rue. Slowly add milk until sauce thickens. Add cheese, stirring well until melted. Add mixture into strained pasta. Add into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
