Ingredients:  
1 Stick melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
white powdered sugar (amt. may very)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients until it boils and bubbles up think (3 or 4 min)
Take off heat and set in cold water
Thicken with white powdered sugar to desired consistency

Grandma Mock always used to use this icing on about every cake she made, but especially angel food cake.
