1 c ketchup
1 c vinegar
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c honey
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan over high heat. Blend with whisk until smooth.
2. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer uncovered.
3. In 30 to 45 minutes, when the mixture thickens, remove from heat. Thin with vinegar if sauce is to thick.
4. Whisk the sauce and it is ready. Good on baby back ribs, spare ribs and chicken.
