Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 lbs of italian sausage cut into cubes
2 onions- chopped
1 cup of dry red wine
1 bell pepper cut into stripes
2 medium zucchini- chunked
2 garlic cloves - chopped
1 - 28 oz can tomatoes
2 to 3 oz of packages of spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
2 quarts beef broth or bouillon
1 7 oz box elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and brown sausage in a skillet. Place sausage, onion, pepper, zucchini, garlic and canned tomatoes in a slow cooker. Add spaghetti seasoning and 1/2 of the broth. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add additional beef broth as needed

Boil noodles and serve along with soup.
