1 unbaked pie shell

1 1/4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp plain flour - mix with sugar
1 stick of butter (soft)
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 eggs 1 Tbsp vanilla

Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 min. at 350
