8 slices, Bacon, Cut up
1 cup onions, small diced
2 cups potatoes, small diced
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 ¾ cups milk
½ tsp. salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon; sauté onions 2-3 minutes in pan with bacon grease. Drain grease. Add potatoes, water and salt. Bring to a boil, turn heat down, cover pan and simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in sour cream, soup, milk, pepper and parsley. Cook long enough to heat, don’t boil. Add salt as needed.
