2 lbs Ground Pork
3 Norwegian tsp Salt
5 tbls Potato Flour
3/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
5 dl Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the Pork Shoulder or Roast at least 2 times. Make sure there is some fat on the Pork.
Mix meat with salt until sticky
Add flour and spices
Add milk a little at a time. Make sure the meat gets sticky before you add more milk.

Roll into balls and flatten a little and fry with butter in a frying pan. Brown both sides.

If adding to gravy don't cook all the way through. Just brown each side then place Medisterkaker into the gravy to finish cooking.
