Ingredients:  
1 Can Evaporate. Milk- cold
2 eggs
2 Lemons
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
Vanilla Wafers crumbled (enough to cover bottom of dish)
save some to sprinkle over top for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Beat evaporate milk till stiff
Combine eggs, Lemons and sugar
Fold together w/ milk and pour in 9x9 pan over vanilla wafer crumbs
Sprinkle some crumbs on top and freeze till frozen
