1 package white cake mix
1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
½ c coconut
½ c pecans
3 eggs
¾ c Wesson Oil™
1 package Dream Whip™
1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
2 c milk
coconut, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Mix well first 6 ingredients. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool. For icing, combine Dream Whip, pudding, and milk. Beat until stiff. Frost cooled cake. If desired, sprinkle in some coconut before icing cake.
