4 cups cream corn
1 cup water
4 eggs
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 cups Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except butter and mix with spoon. Melt butter in the bottom of a casserole dish, pour other ingredients on top of butter and bake at 350º until done.

Freezes well
