2 small boxes apricot or peach Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Set cheese out to soften. Make Jell-O according to directions or quick set method. Chill until thickened (not too thick).
Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese until creamy.
Drain pineapple.
After Jell-O is set, put in large bowl. Add Cool Whip and cream cheese.
Add pineapple. Whip together and pour in an 8 X 11 glass dish.
Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
