5 lbs. beef and pork, cubed
1 bunch celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 26 oz. cans chop suey vegetables, drained
2 26 oz. cans bean sprouts, drained
1 12 oz. brown gravy
4 oz. soy sauce
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in margarine, add salt, pepper and a little water. Let simmer. Put in onions and celery. Cook for a while, then add brown gravy and soy sauce. Then bean sprouts, vegetables and sliced mushrooms. Then more water and margarine. Cook good then thicken with cornstarch. Serve over rice with chow mein or rice noodles on the side.
