2 Tilapia filets
4 Tbsp. olive oil
20 70/90 count shrimp
4 Tablespoons roasted pecans
4 Tablespoons onion/bell pepper mix
2 tsp. Creole seasonings to taste
1 tsp. salt
2 Tablespoons white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tsp.garlic butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle tilapia with Creole seasoning and sauce in olive oil on both sides for about 3 minutes then remove.

Heat olive oil and sear shrimp. Add seasonings, pecans, onion/bell pepper mix and green onions. Sauce until onions are translucent. Deglaze with wine and reduce for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add garlic butter to both sides of pan and toss until incorporated. Spoon over fish and serve.
