Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lb. boneless chicken thighs or breasts (thighs are moister than breasts)
6 T flour
10 T cornstarch
6 T sugar
1 - 1/2 tsp salt
7 T soy sauce
3 eggs
3 stalks green onion minced
2 T sesame seeds
1 T sesame oil
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Combine all ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours. I usually marinate overnight.

Deep fry (or pan fry) with sufficient oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Usually best if fried the same day as event. Can be reheated in the microwave, but will lose a little of the flavor and texture.
