1 garlic clove,halved
Cooking spray
6 red potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
1 c. skim milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Rub a 11x7 baking dish with cut sides of garlic halves and discard garlic. Coat dish with cooking spray. Arrange half of potatoes in dish, drizzle half of the butter on top, half of the salt and pepper, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers. Bring milk to a boil over low heat in small saucepan; pour milk over potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
