3 pounds Round Steak
4 teaspoons Black Pepper
4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
4 teaspoons Salt
2 cups Flour; Pounded In
1 Large Onion; 1/4" pieces

Directions:
Prepare the vegetables and spices first. The black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt should all be mixed into a spice shaker. Once the spices are prepared, the steak can be prepared.

The steaks should be no more than 1/2" thick so you may need to slice them in half. Spread a thin layer of spices onto the steak and pound them into each side of the steak. The more you tenderize the meat, the softer it will be later. After the spices are pounded into the meat, pour some flour on the cutting board and then cover the steaks. Pound the flour into the steaks. This is your last chance to tenderize the steaks. Next, take the steaks and slightly brown them in a large pan. No oil should be used here since we aren't frying the steaks.

Place all the ingredients into a pressure cooker. We use a 10 pound pressure cooker. This should be done in layers to help the flavors mix well. Start with the vegetables and then place a layer of meat. Do this until all the ingredients are in the pressure cooker. DO NOT OVERFILL! The pressure cooker should be about 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Place the heat at medium to medium-low and cook for 3-4 hours. Once cooked, slowly let the pressure out of the pressure cooker and then open.
