For crust (Makes 5 crusts - Freezes great per mom):

5 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 c lard
1 egg beaten
2/3 c water
1 T vinegar

For Filling:

4 slices bacon cooked until crispy
1/4 c chopped onion
6 eggs
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 - 1/2 c shredded Swiss or 1/2 and 1/2 Swiss/Monterey jack
Add additional items per your personal taste - ham, veggies, etc.

For crust - mix all ingredients and roll out.

For filling - Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375º for 25 - 30 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
