Salad:
1 bag spinach
Shredded carrots
Feta cheese
9 oz. package cheese tortellini
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 c. red onion, diced
grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/8 c. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook tortellini, drain and cool. Mix all other salad ingredients in large bowl and add tortellini. Mix dressing ingredients. Add to salad and toss.
