Directions:
Spear pork with a skewer. Combine ingredients and marinate pork for 12 to 24 hours. Smoke, or slow cook until shred-able. Serve on soft-shell tortillas with additional taco ingredients: lettuce, cheese, black beans, refried beans, olives, salsa, pico de galo, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro lime rice, etc.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Gwen's kids grew up in a town without a Chipotle Restaurant and would drive miles to eat there. Gwen then perfected this marinade to keep the kids at home and off the roads - and she rocked it! But you must use Chipotle peppers or mix. Anything else is just a good marinade.
