2 10 oz. packages frozen, chopped spinach
3 c. herbed-seasoned stuffing mix
1 onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Drain spinach well, squeezing out all water. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape in to 3/4" balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. These freeze well!
