1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove chopped
1/2 pkg. ricotta cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 T. parsley
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
manicotti pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain and cool this mixture. Add remaining ingredients (except pasta and spaghetti sauce) and mix thoroughly. Pipe this mixture into cooked and cooled manicotti pasta. Put a bit of spaghetti sauce in oblong baking dish and then add manicotti (this prevents the manicotti sticking to the dish). Pour rest of sauce (approx. 4 cups) over the manicotti. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
