1 box orange cake mix
1 egg
¼ c butter, slightly softened
2 T orange juice
3 oz. Liquore Galliano
1 oz. vodka
1 c finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well, but do not over beat. Drop from a teaspoon (about ½ teaspoon batter each) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool about 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. Cool completely. Yields about 6 dozen small cookies.
