1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon ground ginger
ground black pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 package Lo Mein noodles
4 c. chopped celery, carrots, mushrooms,broccoli, and
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Garlic infused olive oil

Directions:

Marinate chopped meat in desired Asian based marinade - at least 2-3 hours (optional)
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch and black pepper. Set aside.
Prepare noodles as directed, drain, and set aside-cover to keep warm.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Stir-fry chicken until no longer pink. Add vegetables and saute as needed - do not overcook. Add soy sauce mixture over medium-high heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. Pour over noodles and stir. Serve immediately.
