1 cup minced or cooked beef or chicken
1 cup cooked or chopped spinach or cabbage
(spinach with beef and cabbage with chicken)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbs. parsley
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together, drop teaspoonful's of filling about 2 inches apart on a sheet of dough. Then cover with another sheet of dough. Press the dough together. Cut into squares.
Cook ravioli about 10 minutes in boiling salt water.

P.S. Before boiling let the ravioli dry enough to seal.

This is a recipe Aunt Mary gave to me (Carol). One year for Thanksgiving Dad, Glen and I made this. We had fun and never did it again!
