1½ lb. pork loin
1 egg, beaten
½ t soda
½ t salt
pinch of pepper
2 T flour
1 small can pineapple chunks
1 green bell pepper, cubed
1 cucumber, cubed
1 tomato, cubed
1 onion, cubed
⅔ can tomato sauce
8 T sugar
1 T Worchestershire sauce
½ T chili sauce or dash of Tobasco™
3 T vinegar
½ t salt
10 oz. water
1 c cooking oil
3 oz. water + 2 T flour, for thickener

Directions:

Score surface of pork all over and cut into 3/4" cubes. Place pork pieces in bowl. Dust with corn starch and then add salt, pepper, egg, baking soda and flour. Using hands, mix well and set aside for 30 minutes or so. While pork marinates, cut all vegetables into ½" cubes. Mix tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt and water together for sauce. Stir well to ensure sugar completely dissolves. Heat oil to high temperature. Fry pork for 5 minutes. Remove pork and pour off 3/4 of oil. Add vegetables and fry until hot. Add sauce; bring to boil. Add thickener. Turn off heat and add meat. Serve with rice.
