4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups Crisco
½ c. water
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the flour, salt and Crisco with a pastry blender. Mix together water, vinegar and egg and add to flour mixture.
Makes enough dough for 3-4 pies. Dough will be soft. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
