6 - 8 oz. wild rice
3 cans beef broth
1 bay leaf
garlic salt
salt
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
lots of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp sage
1 clove crushed garlic
2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak one bag wild rice overnight. Boil rice in beef consume, garlic salt, and salt and bay leaf until liquid is gone. Remove bay leaf. Saute’ onion, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms in butter. Add wine and spices and continue to cook until desired texture. Add soup and rice and stir together. Place in a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350º.

This was inspired by Steve's good friend Tim Norberg. However, his recipe is "top secret." I would have printed the 'REAL" one, but then Tim said if I gave it to anyone, he'd have to kill me. Tim's is, by far, way tastier!
