30 oz. tomato paste- preferably Contadino
60 oz. tomato sauce- preferable Contadino
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup sugar
5 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine tomato paste, sauce, parmesan cheese and stir over low heat.

In another pot combine water and sugar- boil until sugar is dissolved then pour
boiling sugar water into tomato mixture and stir. Cook over low heat -uncovered at least an hour. Preferable - put sauce in crock pot and cook uncovered on low all day. Sauce freezes well.
