3/4 cup brown mustard seeds
3/4 cup yellow mustard seeds
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard - add if necessary
1 tablespoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stone grind mustard in small batches to desired consistency.

Put all ingredients into a quart wide mouth jar. Stir well, cover and set aside at room temperature, stirring once or twice, for 24 hours.

Transfer mustard to smaller serving jars if desired, seal tightly and refrigerate.
