Green beans, diced potatoes
chopped onions, salt and pepper
1 to 2 cups milk or cream
2-3 Tbsp butter
2-3 Tbsp. flour

Dumplings:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil green beans, diced potatoes, chopped onions, salt and pepper in water until tender.
Make dumplings: Combine and mix well the flour, eggs and cream. Spoon into boiling water. Add milk or cream to the soup. Brown 2-3 Tbsp butter and add 2-3 Tbsp. flour. Add to soup and cook until thick.
