1 1/2 cup fine cocoanut
1/2 tsp.almond flavor
marachino cherries

mix frist 4 ingredients
take small amounts of mixture and wrap around each cherry
makes 2-3 dozen depending how large you want cookies
use fine coconut
keep in fridge and they freeze well
