1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/3 cups (8-oz. pkg.) mini REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups

Heat oven to 375°.

Beat butter, sugars and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended.

Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, blending well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased mini muffin tins. .

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges. Immediately after removing from oven, press peanut butter cup into center. Cool 10 minutes; remove cookie to wire rack. Cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
