Tortellini Salad Recipe

1 lb tortellini
1 cup chopped onion
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped
tsp basil
tsp parsley
tsp oregano
olive oil
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts

Cook onion, basil, oregano, parsley in olive oil.
Chop tomatoes and add to above.
Cook 1/2 hour
Add marinade from artichokes
Add artichokes
Simmer 1/2 hour
Cook tortellini according to directions. Add tomato sauce to tortellini.
Serve hot or cold
