11/2 c. water + 3 T. warm water
2 T. oil
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
41/2 c. flour (add more if necessary)
2 t. yeast

Topping:
garlic mayonnaise
2 6 oz. packages pastrami
2 onions diced and fried
honey BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Make dough. Spread it in a cookie sheet. Smear with garlic mayonnaise. Put pastrami cut into pieces on top of mayo. Put fried onions on top of pastrami. Sprinkle with honey BBQ sauce. Bake for 45 minutes on 350º.
