1 16 oz. package thick cut bacon

1. Line a large baking sheet with 2 sheets of aluminum foil, completely covering pan.
2. Arrange bacon strips on prepared baking sheet. Place pan in COLD oven
3. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook for 14 mins.
4. Transfer cooked bacon to paper towel lined plates. Let cool for 5 mins. For bacon to crisp
