3/4 C. Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
8 Oz. Gorgonzola
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Buttermilk
Pinch cracked black pepper
Pinch Silly Salt (Paula Deen)

Garnish: Diced tomatoes, and Bacon Bits (real -fried bacon- not in the jar!)

Directions:

Crisp in the refrigerator wedges of Iceberg Lettuce
Mix all the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over top of each serving of Lettuce Wedge - Garnish with diced tomatoes and Bacon.

This dressing can also be used for a salad such as:
4 Cups Wild Greens Salad Mix
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
1 Red Pepper, Sliced
Walnuts for Garnish
