2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 eggs - beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts - optional

Topping
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together with mixer for 2 min. Pour into a well greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 to 35 min. at 350º until toothpick comes out clean.

For topping - mix cream cheese and oleo together with mixer until well blended. Add the powdered sugar and nuts, then spread on cake when until slightly warm.
