1 box Crispy Baguettes Tomato & Basil
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parsley
1/4 c. Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped
1-1/4 c. Marinara Sauce, divided
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Oregano
1 Clove Garlic
1 tsp. ea. Salt and Pepper
1 lb. Ground Beef or Buffalo

Bake 350º for 45 min.

Food Processor or use zip-lok bag and crush with Rolling Pin

In food processor, crumble 15 BAGUETTES. Toss with 1-1/2 c. of MOZZARELLA, PARSLEY and SUN-DRIED TOMATOES. Set aside stuffing mixture.

Transfer remaining BAGUETTES to food processor and crumble. Stir in 1/2 c. MARINARA, EGGS, OREGANO, GARLIC, SALT and PEPPER. Add BEEF to marinara mixture and mix together well.

In loaf pan, layer 1/2 of meat mixture then add a layer of stuffing mixture, covering with last 1/2 of meat mixture. Bake for 45 min. Then add remaining MARINARA SAUCE over loaf and sprinkle with remaining MOZZARELLA. Bake 15 to 20 min. more until cheese is melted.
