1 C. sugar
1 C. butter
1 egg
1 C. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Glaze: don't double
1/2 C. brown sugar
3 T. milk
3 T. butter
1 C. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-13 minutes. Let cool. Frost.


Frosting: Mix milk and butter in saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Take off heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
