Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 pkgs. dried Beef (I use Carl Buddig)
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Accent (Flavor Enhancer), optional

Directions:
Directions:
Put dried beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Accent in the food processor & chop until real fine. Next combine the beef & seasonings with softened cream cheese and shape into a ball. (NOTE: Do NOT use the pre-softened cream cheese that you can buy in the grocery store as it will not firm up & hold shape) Chill overnight to get the best flavor. Personally, I think townhouse & toasted onion crackers are best. This was a favorite of our grandmothers on the holidays.
