2 chicken breasts (chopped fine)
1 tsp. cornstarch
˝ tsp. salt
˝ tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
4-6 green onion (chopped fine)
1˝ bean sprouts
˝ cup bamboo shoots, diced
Egg roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, salt, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce; let stand 10 minutes. Then add MSG. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil sauté the onions, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. Cook for 2 minutes, add 1 Tbsp. soy sauce. Remove vegetables. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil sauté chicken until done. Return vegetables and cook 2 more minutes. Chill 30 minutes. Assemble rolls and deep fry until golden brown.
