5 egg yolks
2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup fresh lemon juice, lemon zest from 1 lemon

Graham cracker crust

Whipped cream - if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º . Beat egg yolks in medium bowl with mixer, add condensed milk and lemon juice until well blended. Pour into crust.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until set. Remove from oven Cool for 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours
