4 med. chicken breasts
4 slices black forest ham
4 slices pepper jack cheese
12 slices bacon

Sauce:
18 oz. raspberry preserves
1 tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded, de-ribbed, and minced
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly each breast and lay flat. Place ham and cheese on each and close around filling. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around one direction of each, and another slice around the other direction.

Place on a rack on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for an hour, or until the top of bacon is crisp, serve with sauce.

For sauce, just whisk together.
